Currency and VAT
All prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP, £) and include UK VAT at 20%. Delivery within the UK is free. The total shown at checkout is the full amount you pay, with no hidden fees or surcharges. If your card is issued outside the UK, your card provider may apply its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.
When you are charged
Your payment is taken when you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email showing the amount charged. A VAT invoice is available on request.
Payment security
Our checkout is provided by Shopify and protected by SSL/TLS encryption. Card payments are processed by PCI DSS-compliant payment providers and may require 3D Secure authentication by your bank. We never see or store your full card details.
Declined payments
If your payment is declined, please check your card details and billing address, or contact your card provider. Orders are not processed until payment is authorised.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method used for the order. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for timescales.

For large projects or bulk orders we can provide a written quotation. Contact us for a quote or to apply for a trade account.
