This Shipping Policy explains where we deliver, how much delivery costs and how long it takes.

Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Wight and the Isles of Scilly, at no extra charge. We do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Republic of Ireland, BFPO addresses or any destination outside the United Kingdom. Checkout will not accept a delivery address outside our delivery area.
Delivery cost
Delivery is free on every order to every address in our delivery area, whatever the size or weight of the order. The price you see on the product page and in your basket is the total you pay.
Order cut-off and handling time
Orders placed and paid for before 14:00 (UK time) Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 14:00, or at weekends or on UK bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day. All stock listed on our website is held at our UK warehouse in Burnley.
Transit and delivery time
Once dispatched, orders take 3 to 5 working days to arrive, giving a total delivery time of 3 to 6 working days from the date of order. We do not deliver at weekends or on UK bank holidays. During periods of very high demand or severe weather, delivery may take up to 3 additional working days. If your order has not arrived after this time, please contact us.
Carriers and delivery terms
We send orders by tracked courier. Large or heavy orders, such as heavy-duty ground protection mats, rubber grass mat rolls and multi-mat bulk orders, are sent on a palletised delivery service and delivered to the kerbside at the delivery address. Someone may need to be present to accept a large delivery, and the carrier may contact you to arrange a delivery slot. You will receive an email with your tracking details when your order is dispatched.
Collection
Orders can be collected from our Burnley warehouse by prior arrangement. Please contact us before visiting so that we can have your order ready.
Changing your delivery address
If you need to change your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible by email or phone, quoting your order number. We can change the address free of charge at any time before your order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot redirect it, although we will help where the carrier allows.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order at any time before dispatch for a full refund. After dispatch, you can still cancel under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Full details are in our Order Cancellation Policy.
Damaged, missing or incorrect deliveries
Please check your delivery on arrival. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery where possible, quoting your order number and including photos of the item, the packaging and the delivery label. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including collection of the affected item at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery restrictions
- We deliver to UK addresses only, as listed above.
- Palletised deliveries need vehicle access to the delivery address and are made to the kerbside.
- We cannot deliver large or palletised orders to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
