Construction Site & Plant Access Mats

Give plant, deliveries and site teams a stable route over soft or sensitive ground. Plastic trackway mats spread the load, stop vehicles sinking or rutting, and protect lawns, verges and playing fields while work is going on.

Choose by load

• Heavy-duty ground protection mats: rated to 60 tonnes, for excavators, dumpers, telehandlers and other heavy plant. Panels from 2.4m × 1.2m, plus half-size and 3m × 1m options.
• Medium-duty ground protection mats: rated to 15 tonnes, for vans, compact tractors and event traffic. 8ft × 4ft panels in 6mm, 8mm and 12mm, plus a half-size panel.
• Lightweight ground protection boards: rated to 5 tonnes, for foot traffic, mowers and light vehicles.
• Hi-visibility walkway mats: keep people on clearly marked routes, separate from vehicles.

Planning tips

• Choose the mat for the heaviest machine that will use the route, not the average one.
• Check the load rating for the panel size and thickness you choose on each product page.
• Keep pedestrian walkways separate from plant routes.
