Cancelling before dispatch
You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Orders placed before 14:00 (UK time) on a working day are usually dispatched the same day, so please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not left our warehouse, we cancel it and refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5 working days.
Cancelling after dispatch
If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot stop it in transit. You can still cancel it within 14 days of receiving it, under the cancellation rights set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Change-of-mind return costs apply as explained in that policy.
How to cancel
Email sales@grassmatsco.co.uk or call +44 1282 270214 during opening hours, quoting your order number and the items you want to cancel. We will confirm the cancellation by email.
Cancellation by us
We may cancel an order if an item is unexpectedly out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, if we cannot verify payment, or if the delivery address is outside our delivery area. If we cancel your order, we will tell you by email and refund the full amount within 5 working days.
Trade and quoted orders
Orders placed on a quotation or trade account may be subject to the cancellation terms stated on your quotation. Products made or cut to your specification cannot be cancelled once production has started.
